AI Toolkit

White-label software for AI consulting firms

A live AI demo for every prospect, under your firm's brand.

AI Toolkit is a web app your firm rebrands as its own. Your consultant enters a prospect's website and the executive they're meeting, walks that executive through 12 AI capabilities framed for their role, and sends a tailored research report after the meeting.

In the room

Made to run in front of the client

Your consultant drives AI Toolkit during the meeting. It reads the prospect's website, carries their brand colors into the demo and presents each capability in terms the executive across the table cares about.

The same session shows a client how AI capabilities stack into a solution, and gives your consultant the raw material for use cases and case studies. Your firm gets one repeatable way to pitch, propose and sell AI engagements, whoever is running the meeting.

How it works in a meeting

Configure, launch, then leave something behind

Three steps, in the order a consultant runs them with the client.

  1. Configure

Enter the prospect's website and pick the executive you're presenting to. Add context if you have it, such as a recent acquisition or a frustration raised on the last call.

    COOCMOCIOCDOCFOCHROCCOCTO
  2. Launch

Open the interactive demo. It picks up the prospect's brand colors from their site and walks through 12 live AI capabilities, each framed for the persona you chose. If the conversation turns to a specific problem, run a pain-point analysis on the spot.

  3. Leave behind a report

Generate a research report on the prospect and download it as a package: a company overview, the AI opportunities, all 12 capabilities ranked for that company, and a work streams and use cases document. It carries your logo and colors.

The demo

12 AI capabilities, shown against the prospect's business

Each capability is presented for the persona you picked, so the conversation stays on what that executive owns.

  • Text Analysis

Sentiment, entity extraction, classification and summarization.

  • Computer Vision

Image recognition, OCR, document processing and visual inspection.

  • Speech Processing

Transcription, voice analysis and call center analytics.

  • Conversational AI

Chatbots, virtual assistants and customer service automation.

  • Predictive Analytics

Forecasting, demand prediction and risk assessment.

  • Content Generation

Automated writing, email templates and marketing copy.

  • Language Translation

    Real-time translation and multilingual support.

  • Search & Retrieval

The company overview

A prioritized roadmap for this prospect

The company overview ranks all 12 capabilities for the prospect from P1 to P12 and says why each one fits. Next to it, suggested work streams and use cases are laid out with their priority. Your consultant knows where to start, and the executive sees a plan they can act on.

The ranking is built from:

  • The prospect's business, market and competitive pressure
  • What the executive you're meeting is responsible for
  • The context you add in Configure, such as a concern raised on the last call

Add context and the roadmap tracks closely to what the customer is asking for. The research report carries the same roadmap, so the leave-behind matches the conversation in the room.

After the demo

A report for the prospect, and answers for the problem they raised

A research report written about their company

The report is researched from the prospect's website and downloaded as a package you can send the same day. It opens with a guide to reading it and ends with its methodology and sources.

  • Company overview and AI opportunities
  • All 12 capabilities ranked P1 to P12, each with the reason it fits this company
  • A separate work streams and use cases document
  • Your firm's logo and brand colors throughout

Pain-point analysis for the problem on the table

Paste a call transcript or describe the customer's challenge in a few sentences. No website is needed. AI Toolkit returns the three to five capabilities that fit, in priority order, with material your consultant can use straight away.

  • A talk track for presenting the recommendation
  • A plain explanation of how AI supports this use case
  • The work streams in their organization where it applies

White label

Your brand on every screen and every report

Your clients see your firm's name and logo. An admin sets the branding once in the admin center, and it applies across the app and the report.

  • Name and logos

Your company name, with a light logo and a dark logo so each theme looks right.

  • Four brand colors

A primary and an accent color for the light theme, and another pair for the dark theme.

  • Light and dark themes

Consultants can present in whichever suits the room and the screen.

  • A branded report

The leave-behind carries your logo and your colors on every page.

Built for a firm

Run it across your team from one admin center

An admin adds consultants, manages settings and posts training material for the team.

  • Admin and user roles

Admins manage branding, settings and people. Users run demos, reports and analyses.

  • Email invites and password reset

Invite a consultant by email. People reset their own passwords, sent through your SMTP settings.

  • Training library

Post links, documents and image slideshows your consultants can open inside the app before a meeting.

  • Model selection

An admin picks the OpenAI models the app uses for general work, embeddings and transcription.

  • Seats by plan

Your plan sets the number of seats. Admins see the limit when they add people.

  • Your own install

Your users, settings, branding and training content sit in an install used by your firm alone. How data is kept separate

Security

How your data is kept separate

AI Toolkit is single-tenant. Each firm runs its own install with its own database, and no data is shared between firms.

  • Accounts your firm controls

Your admin connects the firm's own OpenAI account and email provider. The AI work behind the demo, the report and the analysis runs under that OpenAI account, and invites and password resets go out through your mail server. Public web searches for prospect research go through DuckDuckGo and need no account.

  • Secrets encrypted at rest

The OpenAI API key and the SMTP password are encrypted in the database with a key generated for your install alone.

  • Sign-in

Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes. Sessions live on the server, expire after 12 hours and end at once when an admin deactivates a user or a password is reset. The session cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, and sign-in and reset requests are rate limited.

  • Admin and user roles

Only admins can change the OpenAI and email settings, models, branding, training content and user accounts. Users run demos, reports and analyses.
